Why is it so hard to see these old photos?

It’s not me anymore so why is it so painful?

I think it’s because I still struggle to understand how I let myself get to that point

Why didn’t I care more about my body?

It’s the only one I have

It didn’t deserve to be disrespected so badly

The only thing I can do now is treat it better with healthy food, self care and exercise

I will not allow any of my setbacks to hold me back, they are just setbacks in my journey not the end
