First and foremost I want to thank everyone for their support in my journey

The health setback was hard but I’m making my comeback and trying to be stronger than ever!

I am grateful for the friendships and connections I’ve made this far and continue to make

I find comfort in connecting with others that are on a similar weight loss or fitness journey and I wanted to find a way to give back and help others

I decided to start an accountability group called “Losing the jiggle together” 

Anyone and everyone is welcome!

I wanted to create a safe space where people can uplift each other and find success in making connections with others and staying on track
