I’ve worked hard at a lot of things in life

Getting good grades in school

Building a real estate business from the ground up

But the hardest task of all was losing weight

It’s not even the physical part of it, it’s the mental

It’s the daily reminders that you are good enough, that you are worth it

That you deserve to be happy and healthy and that takes work

I can’t begin to describe the emotion that came over me when @nikeswim asked me to model swimsuits for them

The once 350+ lb woman who hid from a camera for years got in front of a camera IN A SWIMSUIT

Don’t ever let anyone tell you that consistency and hard work do not pay off

Take the photos, keep the old clothes to remind you of what once was

You have to be your own advocate and your own motivation and your own hype person

Make the change for you and only you
