There’s no magic pill

There’s no secret to it

There’s no magic wand you can wave

You just have to do it

You can’t think, just do

Eat healthy, drink water, get enough sleep and move your body

At over 350 lbs I didn’t do anything

I ate junk food constantly, I drank booze like a fish and I certainly didn’t work out

I took my body and life for granted

I’ve spent the last 2 years working hard on myself. Not just physically but mentally too.

I had to find my “why”. This is something you learn in real estate.

My why is to be happy, my why is to be healthy and my is to look in the mirror and love the person staring back at me

I haven’t accomplished all of them yet due to some health set backs but that’s all that it is. A set back.

I haven’t given up, I’m just doing it a different way this time.
