It’s a funny thing though. One day you can be so sure of yourself and the next day in a super dark place

It’s no secret I’ve been struggling lately. Months of a scary illness that took 3 months to diagnose, a pandemic, weight gain, constant anxiety, slow business...who wouldn’t be a wreck?!

The weight gain is really wreaking havoc on my confidence and self esteem

It’s hard for me to wrap my head around feeling like I went backwards in my journey. I’ve gotten to the point now where I remind myself that I was sick and anxiety and stress do that to a person

Today I was especially low. Lack of sleep is starting to weigh on me and not feeling myself in my own body

I did my best to push myself out of that mood.  I put on my favorite hot pink @lululemon leggings, some makeup, upbeat music and I was on my merry way

It wasn’t until I walked past the mirror today that I stopped to take a look at the progress in my body from the last two weeks of workouts and I was happy

I’m slowly getting back to the old me. One day at a time
