This is me on the very last day of the #75hard challenge

I was in the best shape I had been in years, the lowest weight in years and probably the strongest

I couldn’t believe that I had accomplished something so crazy

75 days of:

➡️ No booze
➡️ A healthy diet
➡️ 2 - 45 min workouts daily
(One had to be outside, rain or shine)
➡️ Drink a gallon of water daily
➡️ Read 10 pages of a book daily
➡️ Take a progress photo daily

I was in a low place in my life when I decided to start and I need a new focus and drive

While I have no intention of doing the challenge again my goal right now is to get back to a similarly good place in my own way

Every day is a challenge for me but I fight for it. I still struggle with anxiety post meningitis. What I feel is so hard to explain

I’ve been a fighter all my life. Since birth even. I had a lot of complications when I was born but my parents said I fought through it all

I fought my whole life to be the best I could be and today I fight to get past the trauma of the last 9 months and come out even stronger than before it happened

I’m slowly getting back to my normal routine, I’m waking up earlier to get workouts in, I’m staying strong with my food choices and I’m finding the positivity as much as I can

This is no longer an IF I come out normal after it all, but WHEN 👊🏼
