I got an email today saying that it’s my one year anniversary with @plnkfitness!

How fitting that I went there today for a class!

One year ago today @taldaddah helped push my out of my comfort zone and see that I can do anything I put my mind to

The only thing holding me back was my own doubt and fear

I used excuses like, you are too heavy still, I’ll try it when I loose more weight, you will look bad in front of all the other people who know what they are doing or are skinny 🙄

At this point the only thing that stopped me from giving today’s class 100% was my ankle which is still store from tendinitis

Outside of that I didn’t even think twice about doing every other single move

The other important part is having accountability to go!

Find yourself friends who fell in love with lagree as much as I did and there won’t be excuses not to go!

@brookemeek I forgive you for having to switch classes on me today but next week it’s on!

You know what else is funny, I remember in Morocco when I was riding the camel out of the Sahara desert, you had to hold on so tight as to not slide off and remember thinking thank god i have a strong core from @plnkfitness to get through this 🤣🤣🤣
