There’s so much to be known about a big grinning smile

I love knowing what makes people happy and smile

For me this past week it’s been several consecutive days of workouts, a self care day and a new book that’s put a smile on my face

The thing I have to keep remembering is that we are living in tough times right now and we have to try our best to live “normally” however that may be

I fight every single day to be stronger than my anxiety and that means doing what feels good

Working out, eating better, spending time at the pool, reading a book, doing my skincare routines, getting a massage are a lot of what helps put me in a good mental place

This week will be a continuation of the same good feeling, positive things to keep me going and feeling better

We got this 💪🏼

And if all else fails, I’m going to @amyjanebeautyandbronze to get a spray tan because I always feel better tan 🤣🤣
