Alright guys it’s time

It’s time to get back into the swing of things as best and safely as I can

I mentioned the other day when I was at the doctor I had to get on the scale and I made the mistake of looking at it

I am fully aware that number does not define who I am but man it hurt

I got upset

Really upset

I took the time to be sad about it and then I snapped out of it

I reminded myself that I’ve been through medical hell and that stress and anxiety have contributed to the weight gain and that it’s okay

I’ve done it before and I’ll do it again but this time with an even bigger purpose

A redemption, if you will

I’m getting a workout in tomorrow and I’m getting additional accountability with @hebco315 at @lifetime.life and WE ARE DOIN THIS

Yeah it’s gonna be hard, yeah it’s gonna test my anxiety, and yeah I may cry but it’s all going to make me stronger in the end

All I ask is one thing from you all, your continued support. I promise to not let you down if you continue to help me do better and be better 🙏🏼
