About a year ago my friend @taldaddah finally convinced me that it was time to add strength into my workout routine

I’ll tell you it took her months of trying until I finally gave in. I looked online and saw videos and photos and my first thought was “my fat ass can’t do that” 🤣

She assured me people from all walks of life did the lagree workout and I could really benefit from it

I did a one on one class with her and it was hard AF. I can’t even try to lie and say it wasn’t

Admittedly it hurt enough that I wasn’t into trying it again

Until a few months later a @lululemon event popped up and it was a 30 min class with @richelle_reese. My friend @florapeery convinced me we needed to go do it and it would be a fun girls night

Since I knew others going I agreed to go and went with a “zero f*cks” attitude. Richelle and Peery both cheered me on during that class and I didn’t even skip a beat 🙌🏼

I knew in that moment I was capable of doing anything I could put my body and mind to and I agreed to return again

Aaaaaaand now I’m obsessed!

The strength I’ve gained is incredible and underneath the fat somewhere are some abs, I know they will shine through soon 🤣
