I learned a lot about myself this past year

I am stronger than I give myself credit for

I learned that I can have a balance in my life and still be happy, I don’t need to force myself into any particular category to be successful

I learned that even though I have lost a lot of weight, the weight loss doesn’t define who I am

I learned that a lot of people are mean and they suck but that’s a reflection of themselves, not me

At the same time I also learned that some people can be amazing at the same time

There is no way that I could be successful in all the aspects of my life if I didn’t have the support of my family, friends, the companies I get to work with and beyond
