What would we do if we couldn’t capture moments on camera?

As someone who is on a weight loss journey, it’s everything

Just looking in the mirror doesn’t help, if you’re like me, you still can see the old you in it

I asked someone to snap this photo of me the other day at @plnkfitness because I was excited to be able to do a harder move successfully

It requires core strength, balance and patience, which I struggle with

But it made me happy to know I’ve advanced enough to be able to be confident in this move

I decided to go back and look at myself from my first ever time going to PLNK with @taldaddah. It happen to be exactly 8 months prior, to the day

The change in my waist and stomach alone in incredible

So I circle back to this, what would we do couldn’t capture these moments?

Would we be as successful?

Would we really be able to see the changes?

Either way, this progress made me extremely happy
