Tomorrow I get to head to @kmovnews4 to be on LIVE TV 😬😬😬 with @forestparkforever

I’m so nervous! I’ve never been on LIVE before

I am going to be talking about my #weightlossjourney and how #forestpark has played a huge roll in it

The very first thing I did when I decided to take control of my life was walk in the park

I did it as often as I could and for as long as I could and some days that wasn’t very much

BUT

The fact that I got off my ass and went and moved my body was better than nothing

Even on my #75hard outdoor workouts, I spent many of them walking in the park

Tomorrow will be an all day telethon called #aday4forestpark
