I may not be feeling very mentally strong at the moment but I definitely am physically

Even though I am not at my goal body I still am able to do so much more than I ever could

Injuries have set me back and cause many modifications but I refuse to let any of that stop from continuing to move forward

At this point I really have no idea what my end goal is but I’m just gonna keep going and doing what makes me feel strong and confident
