It’s no secret I’ve been struggling to get my motivation and groove back

I will always be open and honest about the good and the bad

Having an injury, multiple in my case, has taken a huge toll on me

It can be debilitating on some days and feel like a major set back

I keep doing this self deprecating thing and saying “Oh I’m just being lazy”

The truth is I’m not. I’m trying to heal my body after the hell I put it though but also struggling to accept thats what needs to happen

I’ve been “on it” for so long and so consistent, why can’t I just snap out of it?

God I wish it was that easy. I would feel a lot better about myself if I could just get right back on the horse

But today, I felt more like myself than I have in weeks and it was a great feeling

I think it shows in the photo on the left 🤗

I also realized in the past few days just how many people really support me and care about me

The messages I’ve gotten have literally made me cry tears of joy

Thank you for sticking by my side through it all

I promise you the silly, goofy, funny, determined Jen is coming back soon
