You know to be successful in fitness you have to find a place that provides you with the tools you need to stay motivated

I stumbled across @trufusion_stl many months ago after hearing so many friends going there and loving it

I’ll be honest, I was nervous to go

I feared not being welcomed because I wasn’t the “model fitness” person

While some consider me to be “fit” I am far from it

I didn’t want to be judged by skinny chicks in crop tops 🤣

I finally got over my fear and I went and I fell in love

The workouts are bomb, the instructors are so personable and get to know the class attendees by name and there is always a smiling face greeting me at the front desk

THAT is the type of environment someone on a #weightlossjourney needs

I’ve made so many new friends and have been able to introduce current friends to #TruFusionSTL

Thank you @jgtrufusion for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to continue my journey in such a positive atmosphere
