The thing about change is that you have to want it

I didn’t want to be unhappy, unhealthy and and overweight

But it was easier to make excuse than to work hard

I have no idea why I made the excuses I did for so long, but I’ve accepted it

I know now I am not the person I used to be

I am not the lazy, easy way out woman I once was

I have a new outlook on life, my health & my happiness

It all comes first above anything else

I spent WAY too long neglecting all of those things and this is MY time to shine

So don’t mind me out here
