Today marks the day that I completed the hardest challenge of my life

For 75 days straight I had no booze, no cheat meals, read 10 pages a day, drank a gallon of water took a progress photo and did 2 - 45 minute workouts, rain or shine

I can’t believe it

I can’t believe I didn’t fail

I failed for so long, so many unhappy years being someone I knew wasn’t the real me
