I am a strong woman who has lost a lot of weight

Even after such an accomplishment I still doubt myself and the process

There are many more lbs to be lost but also many obstacles I will face, mentally and physically

This process has allowed for a new person to flourish but also has unraveled past parts that have been hiding for so long

This can be a physically and emotionally painful process and trust me when I say I want to quit a lot

I often think about what it will be like when I hit a point where I am happy with my body, and if it will come soon

I never even imagined getting to the point I am now which people tell me is literally half the person I was before

The weight loss has taught me a lot about my physical abilities and my mental strength

I can’t wait to see where else this journey will take me

Only 1 more day left of #75hard
