HAPPY NATIONAL BFF DAY

@stashanie27 and I have been friends since we were kids

We went to summer camp together, eventually youth group (bbyo), then high school and beyond

It wasn’t until recently that our friendship meant more than ever when we both realized we were on the same health and wellness journey

But also we both discovered our love for @questnutrition protein cookies

Nom nom nom

She has been an incredible support system for me on this #weightlossjourney because she directly understands what I’m going through and visa versa

So on this national BFF day it only felt right to dedicate it to our very long friendship
