Be stronger than your excuses

That is the phrase that was underneath the mega former machine I was on today at @plnkfitness

It took me a long time to get past all of the excuses

Ill start next week

I am worried about being judged at the gym

What if I can’t do something

Maybe I am just meant to be heavy

What if its too hard

WHAT IF I AM THE FATTEST PERSON IN THE ROOM

Those are all reasons I would tell myself to not get my butt off the couch

ESPECIALLY when it came to going to PLNK

Those machines are intimidating and being on one for the first time in front of a whole class of people was not first on my agenda

My friend @taldaddah who is an instructor there, asked me to come try it, even just a 1 on 1 class and for months and I refused

I don’t know what finally gave me the courage to go but I did

I was nervous and scared and crap I almost fell off, but all of my teeth were still in my mouth so I kept going lol

Thanks to the @lululemon Sweat X Socialize event this week, I was able to do a shorter version of the class and I was HOOKED

I felt strong and confident and was ready to go back
