You don’t need to adjust your screens

I am in fact wearing clothes that are NAVY and not BLACK

I know it’s not a far step away but for me it’s a huge leap

Black is always slimming and makes you feel comfortable when you aren’t with your body

It’s been hard for me to get away from, but I’m working on it thanks to my buddy @jennaberkley

You know what else pushes you out of your comfort zone?

@plnkfitness

This was my second time ever at #PLNK and we only did half the normal class time and I was sweating my ass off

This workout is intense and no joke and you know what?

I freakin dominated it

I felt so comfortable and stable and it was an incredible feeling

I used to be so scared to try new stuff for worries of being the most out of shape or the hell the fastest one in the class

But you know what, regardless of all of that, I took to the chance and JUST DID IT

I encourage you to get over your fears and follow
