When you are the ugly, fat friend for so long, you build this persona that’s loud and funny because you want to deflect away from the fact that you’re not happy with yourself

But this new, real confidence, man it’s a crazy new world

I’m doing fitness things I never dreamed of doing

Connecting with amazing people who are on the same journey also

I don’t know if you all know this but all I set out to do was be held accountable

I FAILED to succeed in health and fitness for 10+ years
