A feeling I and many have when trying new things

For me it has to do with new fitness classes/workouts

I remember the first time I did a #battleboxing class @trufusion_stl, I was so scared

What if I look stupid? What if I do the moves wrong? What if I’m too fat to be in this class?! (#reallife)

After a few minutes in the class I realized, nobody is looking at me

Everyone is so focused on themselves and their form and trying not to die

It allowed me to feel free and let loose and pound the shit out of that boxing bag

But wow what a workout that class is, I’m now obsessed

I highly recommend it! It’s 45 min of switching back and forth between the boxing and battle ropes (which I do the heavy one now 🤗) If anyone ever wants to come and try this ass kicking with me, hit me up!
