It’s no secret I’ve not been myself lately

I had been on such a life high recently but I usually know when it’s too good to be true something eventually crashes

While I don’t want to openly talk about it, know I’ll be okay soon

I have had SO many amazing people check on me and it truly means the world

Today at #hotpilates @amylescher talked about the importance of making the right choices for yourself and it really spoke to me

Do you choose positivity? Do you choose to stand up when you fall? .
You have to learn to believe in yourself and rise up above it all when you feel like things aren’t going your way or just aren’t feeling happy

A lot of what I’ve been doing lately has been to aiding to help me get to that happy place but I’m not there yet

One day I will

Until then... I choose to rise up
