Part of today’s workout at @faster_fitness included holding this pose 3 times for as long as you could up to 40 seconds or so

I don’t know if this is something you have ever tried but it’s not easy

Just 1 week ago I couldn’t hold it for more than a few seconds at a time because well it’s just damn hard

Today I held all 3 for the entire time with no breaks

I don’t know how in just 1 week that can change but it did

I wasn’t expecting to feel like I dominated that workout

I was running on 4 hours of sleep and I felt weak but I wasn’t

I even added extra weight to my deadlifts today too

Who is this person I have turned into?

Only asking, because she is KICK ASS!
