I keep having these moments where I worry that one not so healthy meal will revert me back to the “old me”

I don’t know how long it takes to get out of this mentality but its been a serious struggle lately

My back/hip had been bugging me and it caused me to take a few days off of working out

I am seeing now that the lack of the physical activity is really doing a number on my mental state

Not only are you doing something good for your body but the endorphins are running wild and you get that “high”

I chose to have some skin treatments done a few days ago (which I am happy with the results) but it also caused me to take a few more days off which of course just makes it worse

While I know the rest is important for the body, too much of it starts to test your willpower

My overall drive is still there but my daily motivation is slipping and that’s a tell tale sign that it’s time to work on my mindset and remember why I started

I started to get heathy, to learn to love my body and overall be happy

Even though in this current moment I am being hard on myself, I know I have to look at the bigger picture and remind myself how far I’ve come

A few days off & a few french fries because I’m on my period won’t undo ALL of the work

When you are having a rough day or rough week remember, it’s just that moment
