I’ve spent the better part of 10 years unhappy, unhealthy, overweight & depressed

In the spring of 2017 I decided I had enough. I was sick of and tired of being sick and tired

I pushed myself out of my comfort zone and told the world my story. My struggles, my fears, my accomplishments, my #nonscalevictories and everything in between

It forced me to be vulnerable, honest and open with myself and everyone watching

Today was one of the biggest milestones yet
