Last night I had the opportunity to attend a private #influencer event with @sweetsweetology

We got to test our cupcake decorating skills and let me tell you we had a blast!

Thank you to our gracious host @kayramerrills for putting such a fun event together 🧁

While I am still on the @faster_fitness 6 week challenge, I chose to still eat a cupcake. I have some pretty strong willpower but after being up since 3:30 am, I was tired and I just gave in

It’s about #balance right?

I don’t feel bad about it, I owned it, ate it and moved on and today I will be back on track

The other 99% of the time I do pretty damn well with fitness and nutrition. Eating 1 thing that isn’t the best for you will NOT undo all of your hard work

When I first started losing weight I was SO hard on myself and if I chose to eat something unhealthy I would punish myself by working out more to burn it off

Now THAT isn’t healthy

I am in this journey for the long haul and there will continue to be ups and downs and I will embrace them and keep going. So far I am really happy with the changes that I’m making with my body

Never. Giving. Up.

What you can’t see in this photo is how big my pants were on me. I’m getting good at hiding when my clothes are sliding down my body 😂
