We met at a fitness event a few months ago and have kept in touch ever since. She too has been on her own #weightloss and #fitness journey AND she looks amazing

She asked me at the end of class today “could you have done this a year ago?” The answer was f*ck no

So I started thinking, exactly a year ago I was just getting back from my trip to #Peru. Even though I had already been on a #weightlossjourney at that point but it was NOTHING like what I am accomplishing now
