I am so excited to announce my new weekly residency at @otf_ladue!

#orangetheory has a special place in my heart as it was one of the first studios I ever went to when I started my #weightlossjourney so it’s only natural to keep it going!

Plus I got a ton of backlash and hate mail when I took a small break
