Okay so you all know I turned this account into a #weightlossdiary for #accountability so I could stop failing at #weightloss

Never in a million years did I think being public about it would turn into so much more

Just a year ago I was over 70 lbs heavier and not a “fitness” anything. This #fitness community has embraced me with open arms and has GIVEN ME LIFE!

I couldn’t do any of it without the #support of all my friends, family and the #stlfitness community

As an “influencer” hitting 10k means a major milestone but for me it means that many more people I can help change their lives for the better

Your daily messages brings tears to my eyes and it means the world to be able to connect with so many people on the same journey as I am
