After I showed a house this morning in #southcity I went to a workout hosted by @burnbootcampofallonmo and the wonderful @britphelps

The workout was no joke! A super long warm up followed by an intense partner workout for 6 stations of 5 min each. Did I mention the 3 minute finisher that included jump squats, push ups and V ups?!

Nonetheless I made it through the workout and needed a way to recover

The best way I know to bounce back is eat healthy food, drink a protein shake and CRYO!

When you train as hard and often as I do, your body builds up lactic acid over time and can cause burning pain and even possibly muscle soreness
