I’ve had a rough week.  Actually a rough past few weeks. I have a lot going on in my personal life but most people wouldn’t know it because I’m good at masking it when I’m stressed out

The one constant thing that keeps me leveled or grounded is working out. It’s so weird for me to admit that because that was NEVER who I used to be

I annoyed at myself because I feel as though I should be a lot further along in my weight loss but I got lazy for a few months. Even though I was working out a lot my nutrition was subpar and I was making zero progress. Actually worse, I had gained some of the weight back and I was furious

I had nobody else to blame but myself and I own it. It is what it is, now it’s time to do better

Today I got to hang with a new friend, @bellahlosing. This woman has completely transformed her life and was just recently named @1stphorm’s newest elite athlete!

She didn’t know it but I was having a terrible day and hanging with her for even the short time we did, totally made my day! Her spirit is so uplifting and infectious and I am so happy to call her my friend

I got my workout in at @faster_fitness after and I feel so much better. It’s amazing what a good ass kicking can so for your mental health
