Consistency is key

We know this, right? So why don’t we believe in it or continue it?

Life happens right? Shit happens. But I know when I’m consistent in my nutrition and workouts I see results

Case and point: I’ve been on the @faster_fitness #transformationchallenge since Monday and have followed the nutritional suggestions as best I can and have been doing the workouts 3xs a week and I’m down 6 pounds

SIX POUNDS

While I am in a caloric deficit, I’m not starving myself

I’m doing it the healthy way. Good, healthy food and hard effective workouts

I have 5 more weeks to go, I can’t wait to see how much more I achieve 🤗🤗🤗
