It’s no secret that cooking isn’t my favorite thing to do but I know to be successful on my #weightlossjourney I need to stay on track with my nutrition and that means being consistent

I spent some time today prepping food for the week

I roasted veggies and cooked some salmon and chicken and put them in meal prep boxes I got at @walmart

I kept it simple, salt, pepper and garlic for all + olive oil spray

I think I can get the hang of this!
