I get told often that people appreciate that I’m so “real” when it comes to my #weightlossjourney

Yes I do share the good, the bad and the ugly. It wouldn’t be me if it was any other way

If you know me personally, I am pretty straight forward and don’t sugar coat much. I don’t hide my feelings very well and I am extremely animated when I talk

Given that’s my personality, it made sharing this process easier. It made me feel like I could connect more with people going through the same process. Especially ones who don’t want to be public about it like I have been

I get messages daily of people asking me how I got started and how I keep going and it I love it ❤️

I didn’t set out to inspire anyone, I just wanted a form of accountability. I knew if I made it public, I couldn’t go backwards because I had too many eyes on me that wouldn’t let me fail

This photo represents progress, determination and drive and that’s as “real” as it gets

While some muscles are showing, there is still plenty of fat there too but that’s okay, one day at a time
