## Caption

The best advice @cindymarie_fitness ever gave me about getting in shape/fitness a few years ago was to find what you enjoy doing and make it your passion

While I took that advice into consideration it took me awhile to figure out what path I needed to go down

It took several “eat pray love” trips and moments for me to get my head on straight and take control of my life

Fast forward a year later I’m down 70+ pounds, LOVE fitness and working out, have made AMAZING new friends and TOOK BACK MY LIFE!

It melts my heart when people tell me that “happiness looks good on you” because I spent SO MANY YEARS unhappy and unhealthy

THIS JEN IS HERE TO STAY FOR GOOD!
