Today I got to work out with @coach_timothy while @trident.performance.llc was coaching the class

@trident.performance.llc likes to do #FlashbackFriday tunes and this song was one of them. You may recognize it from “Night At The Roxbury” or prior to that an SNL skit

While we were switching from rowers to the floor, all three of us were bobbing our heads just like they did in the movie. I wish that epic moment could have been caught on video but for now this recreation will have to do 😂🤣

It’s because of coaches like @coach_timothy and @trident.performance.llc that make this difficult weight loss process just a tad easier and a lot more fun

Well except when they tell you to row harder, run faster or use heavier weights 😂🤣
