Today marked the last and final day of #OTFHellWeek! If you completed 5 of the 8 classes you got a tank or a shirt and I’m proud to show off mine!

I completed 7 of the 8 workouts and couldn’t be more excited! These were some of the most challenging classes, both mentally and physically that I’ve ever participated in and I feel stronger than ever!

It’s amazing to think just a year ago I could barley walk on a treadmill with an incline and now I’m doing continuous burpees and running! (Yes today was brutal)

Thank you to my fav coaches @coach_timothy  and @trident.performance.llc for always cheering me on and pushing me to do my best! It means more than you know ❤️ Thank you to the amazing staff at @otfrockhill for always greeting me with a smile and being my awesome cheerleaders!

I think I might reward myself with a new pair of shoes 😂
