I spent a few hours today out in nature to spend time with a friend and clear my head. It’s become my happy place. If you told me a year ago that I would love being outside and hiking, I would have told you that you were crazy
.
Its been a crazy busy past few weeks with work and my personal life and health and nutrition that the “me” time gets pushed to the wayside
.
I’m so thankful for the love and support of my family and friends. I’ve remained strong in my #WeightLossJourney and continue to challenge myself as often as I can
.
Even during high levels of stress, I didn’t let myself fail. That was a Jen of the past and I’m happy to say she’s gone for good. Don’t get me wrong, cheat meals will exist just not often 😂
.
Here’s to a happy, healthy and positive continued outlook on life! There are 74 days left in 2018, let’s finish strong!
