It’s #MotivationMonday y’all! If you have known me long enough or have been following me awhile you would know I never used to post tons of photos of myself. I take that back, I only posted #selfie photos, no full body photos

I was so unhappy with the way I looked in the photos that I didn’t want anyone to see them publicly nor did I want a constant reminder of what I looked like. I always hid in the back of photos
.
If you would have told me a year ago that I would be almost half my size and posting full body photos of myself in swimsuits, I would have thought you were insane and told you that 😂
.
I have a long way to go but I’m 1000 steps closer than I was a year ago and this is the difference in the photos. November 17 VS Today

If you are trying to make a change in your life, do it now. It took until being 31 for me take a good hard look at my life and realize I had enough of being unhappy and making excuses
