I’ve talked a lot about #NonScaleVictories throughout my journey & this past week I had a few that I feel are big milestones for me
.
When you are overweight, unhappy & uncomfortable with your body you slowly start to realize all the things you are missing out on or just can’t do
.
For me it’s been fitting into old smaller size clothes & shoes, being comfortable sitting in a chair at a sports event or even being able to cross my legs when I sit
.
Even more so, it’s never been easy for me to be vulnerable & emotional about it & feel comfortable enough to share but the support I’ve had along the way has been out of this world
.
I’m told time & time again, keep sharing your story, don’t give up, you can do this aaaaaaand you know what? I am and I will
.
If you have ever been unhappy with yourself like I had been for so long, make the change. You have one body and one life, you deserve to be happy & healthy
.
I promise if I can do it, so can you and if anyone ever needs someone to talk to or advice, I’m here for you
.
