I had an awesome day at @radiancestl yet again! I had a dose of exhaustion over the past few days and needed a serious recharge. I’ve learned you need to listen to your body and take a break when it’s telling you to. After catching up on sleep for 2.5 days I went to visit my friends at  Radiance for some healing. I did an immune boosting IV therapy, the oxygen bar, the hydro massage and for the first time ever cryotherapy
. 
As you can imagine my muscles are very tired and sore from my almost daily workouts at @otfrockhill and I’ve heard amazing things that chryo is good for recovery! It was a fun experience
