When your sports bra and shirt align just right! This is totally appropriate given my workout today at @otfrockhill! Today was my second tornado class in a week and I got my butt whooped! On my last 1 minute all out I ran my fastest speed ever at 7.5!

Just 5 months ago I was diagnosed with gout disease and tendinitis in my ankles and spent days on crutches and was taking very strong anti inflammatory medication. This all just 2 weeks before I was scheduled to travel to South America and climb a mountain in Peru.
.
I did everything in my power to heal myself because I refused to cancel this amazing trip I had planned. To be able to run just a few short months after countless flare ups and excruciating pain is such a miracle to me. Not to mention losing almost 70 pounds helped with the ability to run also 😂
.
When you feel like giving up, don’t. The blood, sweat, tears and pain is all worth it when you start seeing the results and are steps closer to your goals.
