I’ve had such an awesome day today, I just have to share! I started my morning off by going to @otfrockhill where I was informed that we were climbing “Orange Everest”. Now if you have done OTF you know how hard it is. I have not been able to do ANY incline because of my ankles. I’ve been on such a good path lately that I decided to give it a shot. And the worst case scenario was that I was going to see a doctor after the class if it was hurting. Not only was I able to climb up to 15% incline and back down, I RAN for an ENTIRE minute straight at a 5.5 speed 😳 I have not been able to do any of that since the end of January!!! I made my way over to see @dr._lev at Furman Institute of Health who hooked me up with some acupuncture! This is my second time doing it and I’ve seen amazing results.  But even more exiting, I got a new smaller size swim suit!
