Anyone else feeling the midsummer burnout? ☀️ 

For weeks, I kept pushing, thinking I’d feel like myself again “soon.” Unsurprisingly, I didn’t. Last Friday, my body straight-up shut down, and I slept 14 hours. 😌

So this week, I slowed down. No guilt, just recovery. It’s SO easy to fall into the trap of equating rest with laziness, but honestly? Rest is what keeps us going.

This weekend, I’m keeping things low key. Creating things that make me happy, watching a docuseries jourdangames put me on, eating food that feels good, and sleeping a lot. Glorious, unbothered sleep. ✨
