if you told me five years ago i’d be doing any of these things alone, i would’ve laughed and said absolutely not. 

i always had pretty serious social anxiety growing up, and what i’ve learned is it doesn’t just go away, but it does get quieter when you gently prove to yourself that you’re capable. 

so if you’ve been wanting to try something alone but feel nervous, start small. take yourself somewhere. get to know yourself a little deeper. you might surprise yourself 🤍
