Our Outreach team is very excited to announce that Shelley Niro will be giving an Artist Talk about her practice on Tuesday March 27th at the Hamilton Regional Indian Centre @hamiltonregionalindiancentre. This will be the kick-off event for an outreach project that will connect SHAE (Strengthening Hamilton’s Aboriginal Education) Alt Ed students with three regional Indigenous artists (@outofsound, @alexjacobsblum, and @danushill) to create work in response to Niro’s Talk, Film, and important body of work (graciously funded by @ontarioartscouncil)
