Here’s what to do- 
1. Use a saline spray then an electric nose sucker. 
2. After the nasal passageway is clear use Triamcinalone nasal spray to reduce inflammation. (Triamcinalone is approved down to the age of 2). Ibuprofen also helps reduce inflammation. 
3. Also make sure to get a cough syrup that contains - elderberry, zinc, honey, and Vitamin C.
